Kakita Yozei was a Master Sculptor of the Kakita Artisan Academy who lived in the 10th century. When the Mantis Clan Champion at the time was about to wed a Kakita-trained poet he sculpted a two-foot jade carving of Suitengu, the Fortune of the Sea, in his wrathful aspect, fishing-spear in hand and standing on the deck of his great kobune.
