Kakita Torikago was a Courtier of the Crane Clan.

Chisei District Edit

Torikago was an insignificant courtier in the Chisei district of Otosan Uchi, judging complaints of the populace, without any true responsability. One day Kitsune Miru asked him to asssist in a minor trade dispute, and Torikago was pivotal resolving the feud. Torikago was recommended by Miru's superior, Kitsune Meisuko, for a post in the Forbidden City to use his skills at full extent. ^[1]

Imperial Court Edit

The Otomo sponsored Torikago's entry in the Imperial Court, an a permanent chamber in the Crane Guest home. In return he reported subversive behaviours and potential threats back to the Otomo. ^[1]
