Kaeru Toshi

The Captured City is called so because the Lion took it from the Crane shortly before the Clan War. It was renamed and made into a staging ground for assaults on Shiro sano Kakita, and the Osari Plains. Years of quiet rebellion followed, but the Crane have since been welcomed into the city since the recent Lion-Crane alliance. So far there exists a harmony here. (3E p. 293)
