Iuchi Notaiko was a shugenja of the Unicorn Clan.
Station[]
The Emerald Magistrate Kitsuki Kaagi assisted Notaiko's small band of Unicorn in escorting a prisoner to Shiro Iuchi. The Dragon forged a friendship with her, slthough Kaagi disappeared shortly after the conclusion of this investigation. [1]
Kaagi no Tamashii[]
After the War Against Shadow it was public the heroic behaviour of Kaagi during his constant struggle against the Lying Darkness until his final demise. Notaiko, who had became a highly influential member of her family, patroned the Dragon's request to refurbish a formerly run-down temple as a shrine to remember Kaagi, which was known as Kaagi no Tamashii.
