Siblings: Isawa Wairiko

Isawa Hoshi was a powerful but naïve earth shugenja of the Phoenix Clan in the second half of the 12th century. [1]

The Lair Edit

Hoshi and his sister and yojimbo, Isawa Wairiko, became unwilling ‘guests’ in the Lair, a secluded and isolated valley in the Twilight Mountains, where the remnants of the supposedly extinct Boar Clan survived cut off from the Empire since the early 6th century. [1]

Tainted Sister Edit

Hoshi helped the Boar after a major mining accident by creating stone servitors to work the Three Brothers' mines. Wairiko was a secret Bloodspeaker who tainted her brother's creations, which went berserk, expelling all mortals from the iron mine and slaying anyone who approached. She planned to use them to tunnel out of the Lair and escape the Boar's control. His sister was exposed by a group of samurai, ending the incidents. [1]
