Isawa Festival

The Isawa Festival is a festival celebrated by the Phoenix Clan. It is held on the shortest day of the year. Everyone in every Phoenix village, town, and city turns out to encourage the Sun to climb higher into the sky. Functionally, it is somewhat similar to the Shiba Festival. (Phoenix p. 31)
