Ichizo

Ichizo was the son of a farmer from a village near Kosaten Shiro. On a journey by himself to the city to pay the village's taxes, Ichizo believed he heard bandits and hid in the tall grass beside the road. There, he managed to overhear the conversation not of bandits but of Mirumoto Kei and Mirumoto Mareshi. Mareshi told Kei that Kosaten Shiro was burning and war was upon the Dragon and Crane Clans. Once they had gone, Ichizo left the rice with which he was to pay his village's taxes in the grass and ran back to warn his village. (2005 European Championships)
