Hofukushu was the Fortune of Vengeance. It had a shrine in the Tsai district of Otosan Uchi. Those who visited it came hoping to find retribution for crimes committed against them. They used to make offers alongside with a list of the target's crimes. Hofukushu supposedly reinforced the negative kharma of the truly wicked. ^[1]
