Heichi Dammaku was a bushi of the Boar Clan. He and his brothers Heichi Goshoryu and Heichi Ozashin were part of a scouting party led by Heichi Jomei, that discovered a remote valley in the Twilight Mountains which was called the Lair. Dammaku mapped the lands they explored with skills he had learned among the Miya. [1]
Three Brothers's Mines[]
The brothers discovered the economic resources of the plateau, three mines which were collectively known as the Three Brothers. The largest mine, rich in iron, was named after the eldest brother, Goshoryu; the name of his youngest brother, Ozashin, passed to the valley's small jade mine; the richest mine with extensive deposits of both iron and copper, as well as occasional small veins of gold, was named after Dammaku.
