Heichi

From L5r: Legend of the Five Rings

Heichi was one of the descendants of a group of Crab explorers lost in the Twilight Mountains in 383. When he and his followers returned to Rokugan from the Twilight Mountains they brought with them three tons of jade and iron. Heichi said they were paying back taxes. When the Crab wanted Heichi and his followers to rejoin them they refused. The Emperor, amazed by Heichi's stories bestowed Minor Clan status on him and his followers. (3E p.12)
