Hantei XXVIII was the twenty-eigth Emperor of Rokugan, but very little is known of his reign.
Field of the Emerald Tournament[]
During his rule the Great Clans lobbied to move the location of the tournament of the Emerald Champion out of Dark Edge Village, transferred to the Unicorn Clan one century ago after their return. The Emperor settled the matter by proclaiming that the Emerald Tournament would be moved to the Plains of Thunder, under the supervision of the Brotherhood of Shinsei. [1]
Morning Star Tea House[]
The Morning Star Tea House in the Hojize district of Otosan Uchi was founded during the reign of this Emperor. The founder, a Kakita Artisan, whose true name was lost to time, was known as the "Morning Star". [2]
