Hantei XXVIII was the twenty-eigth Emperor of Rokugan, but very little is known of his reign.

Mornign Star Tea House Edit

The Morning Star Tea House in the Hojize district of Otosan Uchi was founded during the reign of this Emperor. The founder, a Kakita Artisan, whose true name was lost to time, was known as the "Morning Star".^[1]
