Hameo, Sutsu and Koniba run a fishery in the Higshikawa district of Otosan Uchi prior to the Scorpion Coup. They planned revenge against the baker Jumo, who hated the fishermen. They guessed Sutsu's young daughter choked when she ate a bad rice-cake Jumo sold. [1]
