Fukurokujin Mura was no placed on the maps, and it was known by this name because the village was created around the base of the peak where Fukurokujin Seido sat, [1] within the Togashi provinces. [2]

Main activities Edit

As the shrine drew many wealthy travelers who wished to see the sights but had no particular religious convictions, the village had slowly evolved to accommodate these travelers. Many establishments offered gambling, sake, geisha and were hosts to illegal activities. Some of these establishments were owned by the Rokugo vassal family of the Bayushi. [1]
