The Forgotten City was a city built in the early 12th century by an insane ronin shugenja called Karatsu. It was lñocated in an isolated valley in the Great Wall of the North Mountains, as close to Yobanjin villages as it was to Rokugani ones. Its populace was comprised of those who followed Karatsu willingly, as well as peasants kidnapped from both the Empire and the Yobanjin lands, numbering about three thousand altogether. The status of the city after the dead of its founder during the Destroyer War was unknown. [1]
