Fire Biter was a painful non-lethal poison of bitter taste with brittle red clay appearance. It must be introduced directly to the bloodstream, causing extremely painful inflammation and swelling of joints throughout the body. It would spread like a web through the vessels blood from the wound. Its most frequent use was to be painted onto a weapon. [1] [2]
Known uses[]
It was known it had been used by Bayushi Sadako, who would coat her katana Cruel Sting with it. The poison caused tremors and severe pains for an hour to those affected by it. [3]
