Fighting the Khadi[]

In 1132 the twins sisters fought inside Ghassan's gambling house against a Khadi, being quickly suffused by the Senpet city guard. [2]

Avatar of the Goddess[]

Attacked by her twin[]

Zahra was discovered as one of the Avatar of the Goddess. She would aid to fulfill a prophecy which would release a Goddess. [3] Somehow Kamilah guessed it would destroy the Ebon Stone, releasing its evil inside. The only duty of the Order of the Ebon Hand was to avoid it. [4] Kamilah attacked her sister, and after a ferocious battle both became wounded but Zahra managed to flee. [1]

Reaching the City of the Seventh Star[]

Zahra struggled through the sewers to the City of the Seventh Star to fulfill her part in the prophecy. She was guided by the Qabal sahir Dawuud, the daughter of the Old Man of the Mountain Shala, and the Yodotai Adrianna, and all were led by the Ebonite Principal of Valor Kabdar Fassal. [5] The group somehow was attacked and Zahra arrived alone to the City, but before she left the sewers, a Jackal appeared. She felt her bond with the goddess draining away, because the Jackal was stealing her soul with his black magic. [6] Somehow the jackal was defeated and buried alive behind the Ashalan city. [7]

Awakening[]

The Ashalan Hojyn gathered her, and Zahra was with the other three Avatars, Shosuro Tage the Scorpion, Amru the Qabal, and Kara of the Moto. The avatars with the power of the Fallen Star performed the Ritual of the Awakening and the Kami Shinjo awoke from her slumber. [3]

Zahra's Death[]

The avatars sacrificed themselves to release Lady Shinjo from her slumber. The release of the ancient soul from their bodies killed the Avatars. [8]
