Tsuruchi Futoshi was a bushi, magistrate and Bounty Hunter of the Mantis Clan.
Bandits[]
In 1167 the kobune captained by Yoritomo Bunmei was attacked by the Forest Killers. Futoshi fired them, but the cargo was theft. Bunmei and the 
and half-Naga, Akasha, chased the bandits into the Shinomen Mori and recovered the cargo. [1]
