Shiba Yobei was a bushi of the Phoenix Clan.
City of Sacrifice[]
Yobei was one of the guards of Gisei Toshi, the Hidden City. In 1165 he fought in the Siege of Gisei Toshiagainst the bloodspeakers forces led by Yajinden. [1]
Death[]
Yobei died in 1166 to an arrow wound in his stomach, fighting three Yobanjin warriors after his two brothers had died along the northern borders of the Dragon lands. [2]
