Kyoso's Hunters
Kyoso's Hunters were flying creatures of the Shadowlands spawned from Kyoso no Oni. In 1168 they attacked the Kaiu Wall. [1]
Creation[]
Kyoso's Hunters began as Minor Oni, who were taken during the Time of Demons by the Oni Lord Kyoso no Oni and transformed to do her bidding, granting them a tiny fraction of her power. With the capacity of detecting tainted humans, they were created with the sole purpose of hunting and slaughtering the Lost. [2]
Appearance[]
The thin but powerful creatures with natural weapons had no uniform appearance. They were capable of shifting between bipedal, used for combat, and quadruped, which allowed increased rate of movement. The hunters were not particularly intelligent, and could only follow commands. [2]
