Kitsu Fukashi was a shugenja of the Lion Clan.

His mother was an Ikoma, and Fukashi was not trusted by his brethren for this lineage. [1]
Khan's Defiance[]
It was Fukashi who first suspected that the Khan Moto Chagatai was utilizing shugenja to control the weather during the Unicorn Clan Champion's attack on the Lion Clan and eventually the Capital Toshi Ranbo in the winter of 1168-1169 during the Khan's Defiance. [2]
