Jiyu was the final gift of Tsi Xing Guo, the Fortune of Steel, to the Unicorn Clan in 1167.
Appearance and Abilities[]
The saya was made of wood tinted in a light, glossy purple color. Intricately carved silver bands decorated the saya, which was specially designed to hold Jiyu. Its tsuba was oval shaped and cast from silver, but on the side of the hilt strange patterns decorated it. These formed a black circle into which were several dark bands that seemed to expand from its center, where the hilt of the weapon protruded. The end of Jiyu's hilt beared an oval ornamental silver piece with the head of a unicorn. The blade granted its wielder an improvement of its swordman skills when riding. [1]

The Lotus Sword of the Unicorn was given by the Jade Champion Asahina Sekawa [2] to Akasha after she killed the leader of the Forest-Killers, Ide Nomari. [3]
