Iuchi Katsumi was an air shugenja of the Unicorn Clan.
City of Night[]
The study of the City of Night had been charged to Horiuchi Shem-Zhe after Moto Vordu's death. In 1165 the khan Moto Chagatai was disappointed with the lack of progress and commanded Katsumi to take care of it. [1]
