Isawa Sze was a shugenja of the Phoenix Clan. [1]
Scorpion Coup[]
Sze lived at Otosan Uchi prior to the Scorpion Coup. [2] In 1123 Sze accompanied Shiba Tsukune and a small force of Phoenix samurai as they fled the Imperial City on the first night of the Coup. [3] He used his magic to leap the small unit out of Otosan Uchi, so they could bring news of the Coup. [4] Sze was later killed by Soshi Bantaro during the Coup. [5]
