Ikoma Soko was one of the Ten Kolat Masters in the time leading up to the Scorpion Clan Coup (and probably at least somewhat beyond), trained by Akodo Kage himself.
Family[]
Ikoma Soko was a cousin of Ikoma Tsanuri. [1]
Imperial Guard[]
Soko was a member of the Imperial Guard after her gempukku, a position that allowed her ample oppurtunities to display her 'selfless loyalty to the Empire', when in reality she was taking control of the Kolat's operations in Otosan Uchi, as the Kolat's Imperial Operative. As such, she was a natural choice to become one of the Ten Masters when one of the positions became available. Soko's position allowed her to keep a close watch on Hantei XXXVIII and his son, and also ways that the Kolat might weaken the Hantei reign. [2]
War against Shadow[]
In 1132 Soko was with the rest of the masters and the kidnapped Doji Shizue in the Hidden Temple, surveying the Assault on Otosan Uchi through the Oni's Eye. [3]
Selecting a New Master[]
Shortly before her death Soko selected the Ox Clan Champion, Morito, as Master Steel. [4]
