Hitomi Kichi
Hitomi Kichi was a tattooed monk of the Dragon Clan.
War of the Rich Frog[]
Kichi was the aged advisor of the Dragon Imperial Legions Rikugunshokan, Mirumoto Kei. When the War of the Rich Frog began in 1166 his illness grew worse by the day. The Dragon ambushed and defeated three Unicorn divisions, the Baraunghar advance guard. Kei guessed the toll Kichi had to pay for use his magic tattoo would lead him to quicker death. [1]
