Dragon's Breath Castle was a Dragon holding of the Tamori family [1]

In the 12th century the militant Tamori expanded and improved a minor outpost on the Mountain's Path road to have a reliable line of defense in the Kinenkan province. Advised by Mirumoto experts in siege warfare, the sound castle included extensive storehouses to withstand prolonged assault, and tunnels to evacuate or to strike out at invading forces. <refThe Atlas of Rokugan, p. 74</ref>
