Bayushi Iyashi was a magistrate, yojimbo and musician of the Scorpion Clan. She was considered a paragon of Bushido.
Family[]
Iyashi married Bayushi Tenzan, the Sorrow. [1] Their union however, was unusual in Rokugan, as it was a union of True Love and devotion. Her father was rumored to be a Crane samurai. It was said she retained a single streak of white hair to honor her father who believed to have perished shortly after her conception during the Destroyer War to a Scorpion woman. [citation needed]
Twenty Festivals[]
The courtier Bayushi Fuyuko kept Iyashi informed about the events that happened in the Imperial City Toshi Ranbo during the Twenty Festivals, which celebrated the ascension of new Emperor Iweko II. [2]
