The Embassy of the Crane at Otosan Uchi was located in the Chisei district. Parts of the structure were repeatedly torn down and rebuilt during the Winter months, to appear fresh in the new year. Shintao gardens partially surrounded the central structures. [1]
Scorpion Coup[]
During the Scorpion Coup the Embassy was set aflame, but saved by the efforts of Crab soldiers of the Karada district. [2]
Fall of Otosan Uchi[]
In 1159 the Imperial City suffered the assault of Daigotsu's forces, and later was put to the torch by the Lion Clan. The estate became a dysfunctional ruin, its walls blackened and crumbling. [3]
Yotsu Property[]
In 1168, after Asahina Sekawa rooted out the Ninube from the city, he gave the Crane embassy to the Yotsu family for their help. [3]
