The Dream Sect was one of the ten Kolat sects.
Its purpose was to use the mind as a weapon. This purpose meant one thing: they were brainwashers. This particular sect created the sleeper agents, which were perhaps the most useful tool of the Kolat conspiracy. In order to create a sleeper, they used a complex process of torture and magic which most people would find horrifying. Agents of this sect all had mental conditionning that allowed them to be instantly recognized by Master Dream.
When other sects required a sleeper, they contacted Master Dream who then informed his servants, and the future sleeper was picked up at the place and time specified. When he was returned, later, he was the time-bomb the other sect needed.
Internal Debate Edit
After the crippling attacks of the Lying Darkness and Shinjo's purge the kolat were disorganized, and many critical agents were isolated. The organization sought a new focus, torn between their desire to remake the Celestial Order and the more pragmatic desire to ensure the organizations existence. The Tiger, Cloud, Lotus, and Dream Masters were traditional Kolat, with Master Cloud the most vocal member of the group. The Steel, Coin, Silk, and Chrysanthemum Masters all adhered to the modern philosophy. Neither Master Jade nor Master Roc seemed interested in this ongoing debate. The latter philosophy was championed by Morito and it seemed to be winning out.
Fall of the Hidden Temple Edit
Known Master Dream Edit
The current Master Dream was Kuni Nakiro, who was chosen for this position by Kuni Shimura, his predecessor. Nakiro was supposed dead during the Scorpion assault of the Hidden Temple, It was unknown who, if anyone succeeded Nakiro.
