Dragon tattoo summons the power of a dragon, the symbol of the Dragon Clan. The tattoo allowes the monk to breathe fire, but the use of this power is quite taxing, and the monk is weakened afterwards.^[1]

Togashi Matsuo is the only person known to have a tattoo of the Frost Dragon, and it gives him the power to breathe cold air capable of freezing whatever it hits.^[3]
