Doji Tsubo was the assistant of Kakita Yoshi, the Kakita Daimyo, during the Clan War. Tsubo had noticed that one of his scribes passed information to the Emperor's wife, Bayushi Kachiko, and informed of it to Yoshi. The courtier already knew it, and used this knowledge on his own advantage, to pass to the Scorpion information he desired to deliver in a subtle way. [1]
