Decimus was a Yodotai Leader.
Family[]
Decimus was son of Aurelian [1] and Valeria was his sister. [2]
Leader[]
Since the year 200 the Yodotai had been conquering the lands nearby, in the Second Great Crusade. They extended their own religion and absorbed the foreign cultures into their own. In 1160, shortly after the victory of the Yodotai Invasion of Senpet lands, his father the Yodotai Warlord and Emperor died. Decimus became the leader of his people but he rejected the Emperor and Warlord titles. [1]
Conquest halted[]
Decimus would decide if the Shattering of the Jewel in 1132 had marked the end of the Second Great Crusade, or if the Yodotai Empire would resume its neverending warmongering. As the son of a legend he was concerned if he could become the leader his people awaited. [1]
Fearful Ruler[]
Decimus feared he would be remembered who the Yodotai leader that ended the Second Crusade, the weakling son of Aurelian the Great, or to be defeated by the Senpet rebellion. He doubted the path he had to take, and hesitated to follow the advise of his counselors. [3]
