Daidoji Karasu was a bushi Bounty Hunter of the Crane Clan.

Plague Edit

After the Scorpion Coup Karasu was assigned to Shiro Banken, a fortress built by the Daidoji family near the ruins of Shiro Yogo. It would be the first step in the Crane's plan to slowly expand into the Scorpions abandoned territories. The soldiers in Shiro Banken discovered a dead bird floating in the well. A week later, the Wasting Disease had killed everyone in the fortress except for Karasu. Though he sickened, he recovered with no lasting effects. ^[1]

Crane Civil War Edit

Karasu was at the command of Daidoji Uji and fought in the assault of Shiro no Yojin in 1132. ^[2]

Hunting Shadowspans Edit

This famed bushi first came to prominence during the War Against the Shadow. After nearly winning the annual Wasp Clan archery championship, Karasu trained for a time among Tsuruchi's followers and began a career as a Bounty Hunter. During the War Against the Shadow he hunted the Lying Darkness minions. During his hunt he often found unexpected aid from the Yasuki family, particularly Yasuki Daimyo Yasuki Taka. In return, Karasu often guarded Yasuki interests from underhanded competitors. ^[3]
