Daidoji Daimoko was the wife of a not so prominent Crane by the name of Daidoji Usaji. They bore three sons, Daidoji Tenkazu, Daidoji Hiki and Daidoji Asagai. While they were still a child Usaji died by disease and Daimoko raised her children aided by the eldest. [1]
