Curse of the Midnight Flies was a tiny gem on a gilded chain which encased several small insects. These small trinkets were originally created by the Ra'Shari, but during the Scorpion's exile in the Burning Sands, they learned how to create them. The gems were one-use nemuranai, as it was required to break the gem to create a small swarm of flying insects. [1] [2]
