Crippled Bone Blade

Crippled Bone Blade

Crippled Bone Blade was a bone sword shaped to resemble a katana, with a beige or light brown shade, made from a femur of a fallen nezumi. It was extremely light and easy to use in battle. [1]

Appearance Edit

The tsuba took the form of a thick ring supported by over half a dozen narrow pillars issuing from the body of the blade. The was covered with a thick strip of silk, velvet, or cotton woven around the handle. A short, tightly woven cord, was often attached to the butt. Many samurai referred to this as the weapon's "tail." [1]
