Crescent moon tattoo allows the monk to take the form and substance of shadows. This does not allow him to pass through objects such as doors, but objects will pass through him. The tattoo can only be activated in a place where there are possibilities for shadows (i.e. a dimly lit room etc), and when walking in a room the monk must say close to walls like a true shadow. The use of this tattoo is very painful.^[1]
