Bayushi Shunsen [1] was the yojimbo to the Scorpion Clan Champion Bayushi Ujiro during his visit to the winter court of the Crane Clan writer Kakita Ryoku that was later recorded in her novel Winter. At his lord's command, Shunsen took Bayushi Ujiro's life, and then committed suicide. [2]
