Bayushi Kijensen was the Scorpion representative in the Sentaku Tribunal of Otosan Uchi prior to the Scorpion Coup.
Demeanor[]
Kijensen was an ambitious courtier who wished to be at the top ofd the Rokugani's political power, but following the Junshin honorable way for it. He was sponsored by another Junshin, Bayushi Yojiro, allowing to end his training in the Bayushi Courtier school without being killed by his opinions. He was called "Little Yojiro". [1]
Sentaku Tribunal[]
Kijensen was appointed as a member of the Sentaku Tribunal, in representation of the Kanjo district, alongside Kitsu Tanagi and Isawa Tenjaku. The trio worked together to gain the political control of the district governor Shiba Kagi. Through deception and manipulation they bargained with Kagi their support, and the governor in return had to collect evidence against his wife. This manoeuver was part of an Isawa family's plan to control the district. [2]
