The Bay of Promise laid south of City of the Prosperous Dawn, the capital of the island known as Hantei's Point. Due to the rise of the Fortune's Favor Bridge the patterns of storms and whirlpools that formerly blocked all approaches were changed, becoming the only place on the Eternal Danger Islands which could be safely reached by sea. It was large enough to accommodate several ships at once. However, it was usual that storms sunk the ships and destroyed the piers of the port. [1]
