Baltazar was the first son of the Ra'Shari leader. He was like his father in all ways, and in the Splintering he gathered all the Ra'Shari Diviners to the Great Caravan of Mysticism. Many sahir sought the carvan to learn from their magic knowledge. His brothers Pitivo, Yoska, and Shandor led the other three Ra'Shari Caravans. [1]
