Asahina Kyuwa was a shugenja of the Crane Clan. In 1160 he was the chief caretaker of the Fantastic Gardens. He struggled to keep the entire Gardens serene and perfect. The incursion of commerce and entertainment in the Gardens made Kyuwa's job more difficult. [1]
