Agasha Nogata was a Dragon Clan shugenja, siege and explosive specialist during the Clan War Era. He was affected to the the Agasha Rocket Teams, and the Agasha Fireblossoms units of the Agasha family army. [1]

Nogata was a member of a force led by Mirumoto Sukune, who were forced to retire when the Naga marched against Hitomi. [2]
